Preview the amazing diversity of our artists’ works, including paintings, ceramics, jewelry, textiles and photography, and join us for an opening night reception at the Roundhouse Community Centre. Over light refreshments, meet over 60 artists, view their work, and map out your weekend tour for the West of Main Art Walk. See the special artwork our artists have produced to help Coast Mental Health provide art supplies for their free art programs in downtown Vancouver.

From Point Grey to Main Street, and from Granville Island to 41st Avenue - explore and engage with artists in their individual studios over one weekend in spring. Also be sure to visit Kits Neighbourhood House, where you’ll find more of our artists’ works along with art demonstrations and more.

MERCHANTS IN OUR MIDST
Local merchants welcome artwork by Artists in Our Midst members into their stores and businesses. Over 65 participating merchants display artwork during May and June, leading up the Roundhouse Exhibition and West of Main Art Walk. It is a pleasure to be able to display work at the community level, where it can be viewed every day.

A Pop-up Gallery & Shop on Vancouver’s visual arts hub, Granville Island, All Together features abstract paintings by Amy Stewart, fine art photography and mixed media work from Shira Gold, and Crissy Arseneau‘s watercolour collage and mixed media pieces.

800 people came to see over 500 paintings by members of the Vancouver Art Guild at the Annual Winter Exhibition and Sale in 2017. Our 2018 Show is expected to be even more exciting.
Paintings range from realistic to abstract; on diverse subjects from landscape, portraits and still life; in a variety of media and ranging in size from small to large. In addition we have cards, calendars and jewelry on display and for sale. You take your purchase home immediately; no waiting to enjoy your treasure.
The next Salon will be held on Sunday November 4 from 11 – 5 at the Jericho Hill Centre on West 4th.
Everyone is welcome; refreshments are served and there is an art table for small children
